What Our Admission Procedure

Admissions are granted to all boys and girls irrespective of caste, creed or social status. The minimum age of admission in Nursery is 3Years at the time of admission, as for other classes admission is on the basis of transfer certificates and entrance test.

•  Admissions are granted purely on merit.
•  For Admission, Registrations, Test, Personal interviews are essential.'
•  The date and time for, Registrations, Test, Personal interviews and Admission will be displayed on the "Notice Board".
•  Admission is possible if there is vacancy in a particular class.
•  Parents/ Guardians have to be abided by the rules and regulations and amendments from time to time.
•  Preference will be given to good players and to those who excel in co-curricular activities like debate, dramatics, music, dance and other social activities.
•  When a student is admitted on a transfer certificate, he/she shall not be placed in any class higher than that for which the certificates shows him/her to be    qualified, not will he/she be promoted before the end of a school year.
•  No student will be admitted without a transfer certificate from the school last attended and in no case shall be permitted to attend a class pending formal admission.
•  In case of re-admission after withdrawal, admission will be levied again.
•  The principal reserves the right to admit or to refuse admission to anybody without assigning any reason for his action.
•  Application form can be collected from the school reception or can be downloaded from the school website.
•  For admission to a particular class, the child must have completed the eligible age (age criteria as laid by Doe, Delhi), as on 31st March of the year of admission is being sought.

Age Criteria

     Nursery : 03+ years as on by 31st March (year of admission)
     KG : up to 05 years as on by 31st March (year of admission)
     Class I : up to 06 years as on by 31st March (year of admission)

•  The application form duly filled shall be submitted at the school reception. The filled Application form received by the school office does not guarantee admission.
•   The student seeking admission in class KG to IX is required to produce the relevant Documents / Certificates at the time of admission.
       1. Municipal Birth Certificate (Attested copy)
       2. School Leaving /Transfer Certificate (For Class II and above)
       3. Progress Report of last class attended
       4. The admission is class KG and above is subject to availability of any vacant seat against withdrawal.

WITHDRAWALS

•  One-month notice must be given in writing to the school or one month fee will be charged in lieu of the notice period, in case of withdrawal.
•  No Transfer Certificate or Progress Report will be issued to the student unless all dues are cleared.
