    Q.1. Which is the entry level class and up to what classes does the school offer education?
  •  The entry level class in the school is Nursery. The school offers education till Class 12 with all the streams – Science/Commerce & Humanities.

  • Q.2. What is the eligible age for admission to the school?
  •  The minimum and maximum age limit for admission in the school is:
    Class Minimum age on 31st March of the year in which admission is sought Maximum age on 31st March of the year in which admission is sought
    Nursery 03 years 04 years
    KG 04 years 05 years
    I 05 years 06 years
    For Class II onwards - It is subject to the Transfer Certificate from the last class and school attended.
    Please Note: The maximum age limit can be relaxed only for children with special needs (the child is admitted only according to the facilities for disabled available in school)

  • Q.3. From where can I get and submit the registration form?
  •  Option 1 - Offline Application Form is available at the school reception.
      Option 2 - Application Form can also be downloaded from the school Website – www.ramlaganschool.com
      Option 3 - Online Application Form can be filled and submitted on the school website.
      Please visit the school for any query related to admissions.
      For Class KG onwards - Application Form is available only at the school reception.

  • Q.4. When does registration for admission begin in the school?
  •  The registration for admission in the school begins:-
      For Class Nursery
      1. The registration for admission begins strictly as per the directives of the Department of Education, Delhi.
      2. The registration form available in school is only for applicants who are applying under the General Category.
      For KG to 09th
      1. The registration for admission begins from 15th January (year of admission sought) till 31st March (year of admission sought).
      Class 09th & 11th
      1. The registration for admission begins from 15th February (year of admission sought) till 31st July (year of admission sought).
      Class 10th & 12th
      1. The application for registration is accepted according to availability of seat(s) and only to interstate and international transfer cases.

  • Q.5 How is admission granted after registration?
  •  Admission granted after registration:
      For Class Nursery
      1. The admission criteria is framed according to the guidelines laid by the Department of Education, Delhi.
      2. The latest admission procedures are displayed on the school notice board and website only during the period of admissions.
      For KG to 09th
      1. The admission is subject to availability of seat(s) against any withdrawal, and is based on the child's academic record.
      Class 09th & 11th
      1. The admission is subject to availability of seat(s), and the result obtained in Class 10th . For admission in class 11th.
      Class 10th & 12th
      1. The provisional admission is subject to availability of seat(s), and only to interstate or international transfer cases. The final admission is strictly subject to approval of the CBSE.

  • Q.6 What is the teacher-child ratio in a class?
  •  The teacher-child ratio in a class is about 25:1.

  • Q.7. Is a Day Care facility available in the school?
  •  Yes, a Day Care facility is available to the students of our school.

  • Q.8. What curriculum does the school follow?
  •  For Nursery till KG – The school follows integrated, thematic and activity based approach.
      For Class 1st upward – The school follows textbooks and curriculum as per the CBSE directives & guidelines.

  • Q.9. What activities (indoor and outdoor) does the school offer?
  •  Apart from academics, the school offers various indoor and outdoor activities for the complete development of the child.
      Indoor activities – Indian Contemporary dance, Western dance, Music, Art & Craft IT activities such as web designing, animation and various clubs.
      Outdoor activities – Soccer, Cricket, Basketball, Tennis, Taekwondo, Yoga, Volley Ball, Badminton.

  • Q.10. Does the school regularly organize trips and excursions for students?
  •  Yes, we organize both domestic trips and excursions. We offer adventure sports, trekking and hiking trips, as well as visits to heritage sites in the country.

  • Q.11. Are any after-school coaching classes/activities available in the school and is any fee applicable to them?
  •  Yes, after-school coaching classes/activities are available in the school for Sports and Dance. The fee is applicable according to the number of sessions and days. Information about coaching classes is conveyed through circulars, and registration is done only after receiving the consent from the parents.

  •  Yes, the school admits children with special needs such as dyslexia, dysgraphia and autism.

      Note:
      1. Every Friday School offers as a Half –Day till 12:00 Noon
      2. The closing time for class Nursery, L.K.G, U.K.G may vary and will be informed to guardians well in time
      3. As above mentioned timings are strictly adhered by the school but it may change in some special cases likely by order of District Authorities or due to bad Weather.

  • Q.14. Are any after-school coaching classes/activities available in the school and is any fee applicable to them?
  •  Yes, well qualified and professional teachers are hired as per the CBSE norms.

  • Q.17. What are the safety and security measures taken by the school for the students?
  •  The school follows all safety and security measures as per the guidelines provided by the CBSE which include CCTV cameras, RFID devices and the required manpower.

  • Q.18. How can the parents keep in touch with the teachers to discuss their child's progress?
  •  1. The school follows various means of communication with parents such as Almanac, phone calls, Emails and one-to-one meetings.
      2. The parents can meet the teachers by taking prior appointment. ;
      3. The school provides a parent portal on the school Website/App through which they can get information about the work done in class, home assignments and the latest circulars.

  • Q.19. what safety measures are provided in the school transport?
  •  The school takes utmost precautions with children when they board and de-board the school bus/transport. The school transport is GPS enabled and a proper tracking is done for each school transport. Along with driver and conductor, a trained nanny/lady guard is on duty in the school transport to ensure every child's safety. Apart from that, the conductor of each school transport is provided with a mobile phone to stay connected with the school in case of exigency.
